Migration to U-number

MIGRATION TO U-NUMBER

As legacy Continental crews transition to the U-numbers on CCS, this page will help you migrate your CCS Max (Firefox/Chrome extension) or CCS mobile (app) accounts.

For most - this is going to happen early morning of the 15th (Sunday).

Proceed only AFTER you've confirmed you can log into CCS with your U-number.

1. Select product if user/subscriber

Migrate my CCS Max account
(Firefox & Chrome extensions)

Migrate my CCS Mobile app account

2. Enter your L-CAL emp-id†

3. Enter your U-number†

† Please double-check and make sure the emp-ids are correct - otherwise your subscription(s) WILL not migrate properly.

If you get a DUPLICATE ERROR message, that means you already have an account under the U-number. Please email us your emp-id, product you had a problem with and whether the U-number account can be deleted.
